Key Findings:

There are seven distinct patterns of calls to the Winnipeg 311 call centre based on detailed data from January 2017 to March 2019.

- One pattern indicates that two Winnipeg neighbourhoods - St. John's and William Whyte - are responsible for a statistically, unusually high volume of calls to Winnipeg 311 between the months of March and August over the period analyzed.

- Two Winnipeg communities - Daniel McIntyre and Windsor Park - receive a Letter Grade of B- : indicating unusually high demand for services during 5 of the 12 calendar months of the year.
